Staff was awesome. I forgot her name. She has short hair. She made the trip pleasant. Location was near to a major area, asakusa. For the other major areas, the train station is 5mins away. My next visit, I would love to stay here again.

We had a great weekend! the staff was super friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, we had some convenience stores just across the road. the shuttle to the nearest station was very helpful and saved us some money. it was great that breakfast was included in the price.

The rooms were quite small and we couldn't sleep in because the cleaning service was scheduled for 10 am. we had to wait until 4 pm for check-in, which was quite late for us.

Plus, there are two nearby subway stations, making it super convenient to explore the city. Secondly, I was impressed by the value for money. The room was cozy and had a comfortable queen-size bed, and the Japanese buffet breakfast included was a delicious way to start the day. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and helpful, despite their limited English. They went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed, making me feel taken care of during my stay.
